Description

Joining it’s Build to Rent Counterpart, a sizeable student accommodation build will also be taking shape at the mixed use development scheme known as Redcliff Quarter. Creating circa 360 new student rooms for the city of Bristol, the new student complex will stand at 12 storeys, in easy travelling distance to the University. Walker Modular will be supplying the Bathroom Pods for this section of the development, which is set to offer a wide variety of communal facilities including a games room, lounge and gym. Furthermore, the location itself is in easy reach of the restaurants, bars and shops, making this neighbour idyllic for a student population. On the whole, the development is set to encourage a sense of vibrancy within a neighbourhood which is already within the heart of the city, and the addition of a student populace will add a culture not previously seen in Redcliff.
