Walker Modular's role on Walker Modular bathroom pods for Sentinel House, Traffic Street, Nottingham.
Demolished in 2008 and left unused ever since, the land that once was called home by the old Sentinel House is set to be revitalised. In its place, plans have come together for a student accommodation building set to house circa 297 students.
Student accommodation seems to be very popular in the city at current, with demand rising for students to have a safe home away from home during the academic year, and a need to free up the family residences that are currently been used for students. Traffic Street is becoming a recognisable hub of PBSA builds, and in this latest Student monolith, Walker Modular Bathroom Pods will feature throughout the design.
