Description
Home to a treasured part of Dublin’s history, the historical site once known as The Kennedy Bakery has been standing tall since the early 1900s. Now, the protected site is to undergo a regeneration, as permission has been granted to refurbish the site into an excess of 250 Student bed spaces. The build comes complete with communal study areas and a gym, whilst the Bathroom Pods on the site will be supplied by Walker Modular. Located within easy travelling distance from several of Dublin’s educational facilities, the development is set to retain as much of the original design as possible, with the original office building refurbished to create a front entrance for the site. All in all, the development is an excellent demonstration of how old and new can be brought together, and will add some ever needed additional Student Accommodation to the Capital.
