Description

Based in the heart of Rotherham, Forge Island is to be a mixed use development offering an array of entertainment, public gardens and dining experiences. With so much packed in, the site is to be a welcome addition to the town centre. Walker Modular are to supply Bathroom Pods for one specific aspect of the development, the 69 bed Hotel located on site in the midst of all the excitement. Incorporating the increasingly popular ‘budget-luxe’ finish, the hotel is the first budget hotel chain to grace the area, and it is hoped that it will increase visitors to both the park and the wider city centre. All in all, the development is a highlight in the masterplan to renew the Rotherham town centre, promising to be an aesthetically pleasing hub of activity.
