Stage by stage

Eight stages.
Twenty weeks. One standard.

Every GRP pod follows the same rigorous, repeatable path — because a predictable process is what makes a predictable programme.

  1. 01 · Week 0

    Duration: 1 week

    Order & project kick-off

Contract award, project team introduced, programme aligned to your construction sequence and floor-by-floor delivery plan.

  2. 02 · Weeks 1–2

    Duration: 2 weeks

    Specification & design freeze

Layouts, M&E, finishes and sanitaryware locked. Full CAD technical drawings issued and signed off before a single mould opens.

  3. 03 · Weeks 3–5

    Duration: 3 weeks

    Procurement

All sanitaryware, brassware, doors and fit-out components ordered against approved schedules. Long-lead items released first.

  4. 04 · Weeks 6–7

    Duration: 2 weeks

    Prototype pod & sign-off

A fully finished sample pod built, inspected and formally signed off by client, architect and M&E consultant before production release.

  5. 05 · Weeks 8–15

    Duration: 8 weeks

    Manufacture

GRP shells laid up in-house, first-fix M&E installed, sanitaryware, doors and joinery fitted in a controlled factory environment.

  6. 06 · Weeks 16–17

    Duration: 2 weeks

    Quality assurance

Every pod water-tested, electrically tested and photographed against a documented digital QA checklist. Traceable, pod-by-pod.

  7. 07 · Week 18

    Duration: 1 week

    Dispatch

Pods wrapped, protected and loaded onto our own fleet. Delivery scheduled to your crane availability, not the other way round.

  8. 08 · Weeks 19–20

    Duration: 1–2 weeks

    Delivery to site

Our trained drivers deliver just-in-time to the tower. Craned into position ready for follow-on trades — on time, in full, every time.

Why 20 weeks

Faster because it's
moulded, not built.

A one-piece GRP shell removes the layered wet-trade sequence that dominates a tiled bathroom. No render, no screed cure, no tile-set-and-grout cycle — the pod comes out of the mould already watertight.

That compressed manufacturing window is what gets you to site in twenty weeks without cutting a corner on QA or specification.

Steel framed pod?

Fully tiled steel framed pods carry a longer procurement and fit-out window — see the full programme mapped stage by stage.
