The story
Walker Modular's role on St Edmund Hall — Norham Gardens.
The scheme combines new-build residences with the sensitive remodelling of a Victorian villa, and will eventually provide homes for around 128 students within landscaped grounds close to the city centre.
Factory-built pods allow the college to add much-needed accommodation while keeping site works, deliveries and disruption to the surrounding conservation area to a minimum.
