Breathing life back into a long piece of derelict land, 22 Haymarket Yards is to become a new Student Accommodation development offering homes to an excess of 150 Students. Walker Modular are set to manufacture the Bathroom Pods for the development, which consists of primarily studio apartments based in a prime location of Edinburgh. Surrounded by public transport options and within easy reach of the local colleges and universities, this student build also offers extensive cycle spaces ensuring there is never a shortage of travel options. Additionally, the scheme includes an extensive array of both internal and external amenities; including study lounges, a gym, roof terraces and shared gardens.
