What a Walker Modular bathroom pod is.
A bathroom pod is a complete bathroom manufactured offsite and delivered to site as a single finished unit — walls, floor, sanitaryware, first and second fix services, tiling or moulded finish, all in place. Craned into position and connected, it removes the longest and most defect-prone sequence from the site programme.

Prefabricated bathroom pods are produced on a controlled production line rather than assembled floor by floor on a live site.

Each pod arrives finished, protected and inspected, ready to be positioned and connected by the main contractor.

A hot rolled steel ring beam base, welded in house, carrying a fully tanked and tiled or panelled interior. Steel framed bathroom pods take architect-specified tiles, branded fixtures and WRAS approved products, making them the natural choice for hotel, build-to-rent and high-specification residential schemes.
