Description

Formally in use as a large department store building, The Store House in Leeds is one of the latest student accommodation builds to get underway in the area. Looking to be up and running in time for the 2025 academic year, the site will provide circa 369 bed spaces in a mix of cluster flats and studios. Each room will provide an ensuite, for which Walker Modular will be manufacturing the Bathroom Pods; and the ground floor includes a large portion of commercial space. Located on The Briggate amid the retail and entertainment district, the residents will be in easy walking distance of both local universities.
